Terms of use

UFH GmbH, Reichenberger Str. 60, 10999 Berlin, sells bicycles, parts, clothing and accessories to consumers in Germany, Austria and the Netherlands. A contract is formed when we confirm the order by email. Prices include 19% VAT. Delivery times are stated on each product page.

Right of withdrawal

You may withdraw from the purchase within 30 days of delivery without giving a reason. Bikes must be unused outdoors. We collect bikes free of charge and refund within 14 days.

Privacy policy

We process your name, address, email, phone number and order history to fulfil orders, to answer support requests and, with your consent, to send the newsletter. Payment data is processed by our payment provider; we never store card numbers. You can request, correct or delete your data at privacy@ufh.bike.

Essential cookies keep the cart and your session. Analytics and marketing cookies are set only after you accept them in the dialog. You can change the choice at any time in the footer.
