Delivery

Bikes ship within 3–7 business days across Germany; they are assembled, checked and test-ridden before they leave. Standard delivery is free. Express (1–2 business days) costs €29. Austria and the Netherlands: 5–9 business days, €49.

Clothing, parts and accessories ship within 1–3 business days with DHL. Free from €99, otherwise €4.90.

Store pickup

Choose “Pick up in Berlin” at checkout. We text you when the bike is ready, usually within 3 business days, and set it up for your size when you come in.

Returns

You can return any item within 30 days. Bikes must not have been ridden outdoors; we collect them from your door at no cost and refund within 14 days of receiving them. Clothing and accessories go back with the DHL label in the box.

Warranty

Six years on frames and forks, two years on all other parts and on e-bike batteries (or 500 charge cycles). Warranty work is done in our Berlin workshop; we cover transport.
