Urban. Field. Hill.
The three places a bike takes you. That is what UFH stands for.UFH started in 2018 as a bike-fitting studio in Berlin-Kreuzberg. Two of us, one room, a jig and a lot of riders who had bought the wrong size online. We measured them, adjusted what we could and, more often than we liked, told them to sell the bike.
In 2021 we opened the shop, because the question we heard most was “then which one should I buy?”. We stock four kinds of bikes — gravel, road, mountain and city — from brands we service ourselves, and we build every bike in our own workshop before it leaves.
In 2025 the shop went online. The site does what we do at the counter: it asks for your height, it tells you when the bike arrives, and it shows what is on it. If you are between two sizes, a fitter looks at your numbers before we ship. For free, because a wrong size costs everyone more.
We sell the right bike, not the most expensive one. Sometimes that is the €1,999 aluminium Ridge. Sometimes it is a service for the bike you already have.

How we work
Size first
Every bike page starts with the frame size. Enter your height, get the size from our fitting table, and if you are between two sizes we check your inseam and reach before shipping.
Built here
Bikes arrive from the manufacturer in a box and leave our workshop as a bike: gears indexed, brakes bled, bolts torqued, test-ridden around the block.
Honest stock
If a size or colour is not in the workshop, the page says so and shows the date. No “available soon”.
